Going for the whole menu again this week so I will have enough fruits and veggies. Did super poorly at that last week.
Also I have a new "multicultural cookbook" out from the library so I'm going to try some stuff out of there as well.

L-cashew butter 1/2 sandwich, celery with cream cheese, grapes and milk (SP)
D- Roman pizza, coconut-glaze fruit salad (HG p. 75), German chocolate cake
Saturday
B-Red berry risotto oatmeal (but use 1/2 raspberries and some fresh blueberries and maybe add a dash of cinnamon)
L-vegetarian chili, apple, cheese
D- Pilaf with meat and fruit (MC 278)
Start some sprouts
Sunday
B- cobbler oatmeal with blueberries
L- Tropical Teriyaki burger
D- chicken with lemon grass (MC p. 325)
Monday
B-Cup o chocolate bread pudding
L-Peach black bean soup, tortilla chips
D- Coconut beef patties and rice in coconut milk (MC p. 341 & 343)
Tuesday
B- bagel, fruit
L-Broccoli soup (HG p. 97), crackers, yogurt
D-Roast pork Calypso (MC p. 377)
Make some pitas
Wednesday
B- Chocolate oatmeal pancakes
L-Fruited tuna salad
D-Flank Steak Bogota Style, potatoes with cheese and onions (p. 406-407)
