American Farm Sausage

This is the sausage Brandon made to go in our stuffing on Thanksgiving.  We also had it for breakfast.  Very tasty.


  • 5 lbs cubed pork butt
  • 5 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg


  1. Mix all together and grind on course.
