Herb Paste

1/2 cup chopped cilantro
3 garlic cloves minced
3 scallions roughly chopped
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon or lime squeezed for juice

Place in food processor and blend for 3 to 4 pulses, scrape side if needed
Great with chicken or beef
