Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can (3.8 ox) sliced olives, drained
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- Dash salt and pepper (Oops, I forgot these, and didn't miss them. Plenty of flavor from the dressing.)
Directions
Place beans in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes or until crisp-tender; (I did 6 because I like my green beans a bit less crisp, and a bit more tender.) Drain beans and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
