Menu 5/13

Many recipe planning is taking me forever today.  I've been at this 2 hours and only have a handful of meals.  I hate when nothing sounds good.  Blah.    OK, finally finished totally late to go grocery shopping, but at least it got done today.

L-Roast beef sandwich -whatever, this was a quick pbj and an apple in between putting groceries away
D-Left over Beef from last week, made into tacos or burritos, Mexican white rice,

Friday
B-double cinnamon apple breakfast bowl HG p. 119 - have with toast
L-nachos
D-Grilled marinated salmon w/ cucumber sauce, fresh greens with green chili vinaigrette, and seasoned grilled new potatoes (PB'06 p. 64, 66, &67)

Sat
B-Overnight peach french toast
L-vegetarian stew
D-Ribs (David's recipe), Rice Pilaf,  Asparagus with toasted walnut butter (PB '06, p. 50)

Sun
b-cold cereal or toast with peanut butter, fruit, milk
l - Tuna salad pita S&D p. 30

D-Cincinnati Chili

B-oatmeal
L-walnut and raising wraps
D-Turkey Chili

Tues
b-stuffing egg muffins
l-boca burger (HG 128 or 130)
d- pineapple pork stir fry s&d p. 56


Wed
B-cereal
L-sandwich
D-Adobo chicken and potatoes

These looked good for a treat sometime this week.
